This is what defensible looks like. Every time the ICH E6(R3) framework changes, we log an immutable version record — what changed, which dimensions it touched, and when. Most companies can’t show this because they don’t have it. We built it, and we use it.
Why this matters
An inspector doesn’t ask “do you have SOPs?” — they ask “show me how your quality system evolves.” This trail is the answer. It’s the difference between claiming compliance and proving it. This is the calibration we sell, applied to our own framework.
